The Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association (TBBA)  is a voluntary organization comprised of bankruptcy lawyers and bankruptcy trustees practicing before the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The TBBA's objectives are to maintain and foster interest in bankruptcy law and its practice, and to improve the flow of information between bankruptcy lawyers and trustees to the bankruptcy courts and general public.
